Cross Country 2009 has begun!
Our informal runs will be every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm and every Saturday morning bright and early at 9:00 am. We'll be starting them Tuesday, June 16 down at the track, so bring a friend and have fun running!
Oasis signs are still for sale for $20. These signs are posted by a friendly neighbor, giving us permission to use their hose and stay hydrated! Buy them and help support your favorite SHS runners! They are still in Sophia's trunk, so they'll be at every practice.
